Once you identify what you want, write it down and it usually happens. Train before the job not on the job.

Need to think about how we run the business as well as the technical side. Fear can hold us back and we need to be careful not making as small decision as it is not worth the time and hassle of postponing these decisions.

People without true confidence don't respond well to feedback/ constructive criticism. Hire on talent not skills, skills can be developed. Some tasks that are common on farm can be systemised to reduce errors. You need to have a successful business before you expand.

Delegation - we have become more relaxed about how tasks are done and are trusting others to take more responsibility for tasks. Positive mind-set and visualising what we intend to achieve- we feel like we have always been reasonably positive about our business, and our lives, but the SOA has helped us to be more aware of this and to ensure it is a focus of our everyday life. We have become more conscious of how powerful it is, and we constantly talk about it.
